VA 23148 Phone: (804) 445-5197 or (804) 443-2505 E-mail: rental@rivahbouncellc.com RENTAL AND TERMS OF RENTAL AGREEMENT To secure the rental date the Lessee must within 7 days send signed rental agreement and deposit fee back to Rivah Bounce LLC. If the signed rental agreement and deposit fee is not received within 7 days the unit may be rented to another client.
RETURNED CHECKS There will be a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.
INCLEMENT WEATHER During periods of severe weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel your reservations. If conditions are not too severe will will give you the option of keeping it or not. If you decide to keep the unit for the term of this rental agreement, there will be no refunds.

CANCELLATIONS

You will receive your deposit of $50.00 if and only if Rivah Bounce LLC has to cancel on you. If the renter needs to cancel, Rivah Bounce LLC must be notified 7 days before the event date to be eligible to receive the $50.00 deposit. If the renter needs to cancel after the 7 day cancellation period, Rivah Bounce LLC will keep the $50.00 deposit.

NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS

Rivah Bounce, LLC, has had to institute a tax exempt status policy effective immediately. Rivah Bounce, LLC, will request a tax ID # or letter explaining tax status to be able to waive taxes. This information shall be provided with the deposit.
